When we say the best of British, we mean it. The journey from field to fork starts in our local farms, which are specially selected for the high quality of their produce; and carefully monitored to ensure they always meet our high ethical and welfare standards.

We know that the finest meat comes from happy animals. So when it comes to British meat, we’ll only ever work with responsible farmers who rear traditional breeds and treat their animals with the utmost care and respect. Caring producers who know that by making sure beef and lamb is grass-fed and chicken and pork is free-range, it’s good for the animals and even better for the taste.

For extra reassurance, it’s also a fact that every product we sell is fully traceable, from that seriously sizable sirloin steak to the most miniscule mouthful of meatball.

Traditional methods create flavour to savour

To prepare the finest cuts takes time. Our craft butchers train for years to master their trade, before they join our dedicated team based in Lancashire. Here, they put their traditional skills to good use to make sure only the very best meat, hand-cut to order, makes it in to your meat box.

For example, all our steaks are dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days; a crucial process that allows the water in the meat to evaporate and concentrates the flavour to be as intensely delicious as possible. This time-consuming stage, that many other butchers skip, also breaks down the protein to make our meat unmistakably tender and mouth-wateringly succulent.

Prime cuts and gourmet specials

To complement our scrumptious range of staples and everyday favourites, we also offer an ever-changing selection of gourmet products, specially created by our master butcher. These tempting treats provide something extra special to add to your meat box when you’re feeling the need for an out-of-the-ordinary culinary experience or want to treat yourself to something different.

Packed and delivered chilled for maximum freshness

Once your Gourmet Meat Club box is carefully hand-packed in specially designed temperature-control packaging, it will be swiftly delivered to your door. The meat will keep fresh in your fridge for up to 6 days, or can be frozen for much longer.

When you order, you’ll also be given the option to leave delivery instructions in case you’re not at home when your meat box arrives. The courier may also leave the box in a safe location around your property at their discretion.
