DELIVERY OPTIONS TO HELP YOU CHILL

At Gourmet Meat Club, we’re masters at every stage of your meat’s journey from farm to fork. And that includes the crucial stage that involves getting the box from us to you in perfect condition, at a time that suits you.

Perfect condition

We carefully hand pack your order in specially designed temperature-control boxes. We use hydrated ice blocks and protective insulation to keep the package at a constant temperature and make sure it’s perfectly chilled when it reaches you.

It’s Free!

Your meat box delivery won’t cost a penny if you select the 8am to 6pm delivery Tuesday to Friday, it’s just an extra £2 if you’d prefer delivery on a Saturday. Or if you need it by lunch time, why not upgrade to guaranteed pre-noon delivery for just an extra £2 Tuesday to Friday, or £4 on Saturday.

Less than 24 hours from door to door

We dispatch your order to the courier the evening before your selected delivery date, the overnight service will never take longer than 24 hours. In fact, our engines are revving and ready to get going as soon as we receive your order. You can be certain that your meat will be in perfect condition when it arrives at your door.

Always fresh, never frozen

All of our meat is delivered chilled and not frozen, it will keep fresh by refrigerating until the use by date or alternatively you can freeze all of our products on the day of delivery.

Options

We deliver five days a week Tuesday through to Saturday. Once you are at the checkout, you’ll get the opportunity to choose the most suitable day to receive your order.

It’s still on if you’re not in

When you order, you’ll be given the option to leave delivery instructions in case you are not at home when your package arrives. Your courier may also leave your package at a safe location around your property at their discretion. You don’t need to sign for the parcel so we can drop off even if you’re not in.

If we still can’t drop off your meat box

Due to the fresh nature of our products, we cannot be held responsible for deliveries which fail because nobody is available at the given address, you haven’t provided delivery instructions or there is no safe place to leave your meat box.

Changing your order

We understand that you may want to try some different products in your next box, or simply have a meat craving that needs to be satisfied. For our members, you can easily change your order using your online account. Any changes will need to be done before our stated cut off time, to help us pack your new meat box and get this to you on time.

 

Areas we don’t deliver

Although we deliver to most areas in the UK, there is unfortunately some areas we don’t cover. Sorry meat lovers in Northern Ireland or any of the below postcodes:

AB31 – AB38, AB41 – AB56, BT1 – 94, FK17-99, HS1-9, IV1-28 IV30-52, IV55-56, IV63, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-33, PA34-49, PA61-78, PH15-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE1-3

We simply can’t get our meat boxes to these post codes within 24 hours currently.

Dates we can’t deliver

Our normal delivery days are Tuesday to Saturday.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver on the dates stated below.

If your subscription repeat order falls on any of these days, it will be moved to the next available delivery date.
