Join the club for regular hand-picked meat boxes, plus benefits only available to members. When you place your first Gourmet Meat Club order, you’ll be given the option to subscribe and save to a weekly, fortnightly or monthly delivery. The orders will then continue on that basis however the membership is flexible, you’ll have full control of your orders being able to amend each box or pause a delivery if not required.
When will my parcel be delivered?
We deliver our meat boxes free of charge between 8am – 6pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday (£2 charge for Saturday delivery).
If you’d prefer guaranteed delivery before noon (perfect for lunch!) this will cost just £2 Tuesday to Friday, or £4 on Saturday.
When placing your order, you will have the option to choose your preferred delivery date.
How does my meat stay fresh?
We’ve cleverly crafted our packaging so that once dispatched, our meat stays fresh for 24 hours. We use hydrated ice blocks and protective insulation that keep the package at a constant temperature. Our overnight service takes less than 24 hours, which means your meat will be fresh once it has arrived at your door. All of our meat is delivered chilled and not frozen, this will keep fresh until the use by date when refrigerated or up to six months when frozen.
How do I pause a delivery?
If you have a subscription order, we understand that holidays can crop up or from time to time you may not be available to receive your box, which is why we allow you to pause your deliveries.
For weekly deliveries you can make six pauses per year, fortnightly four a year and monthly twice a year.

What if I miss my delivery?
When you place your order, you’ll be given the option to leave delivery instructions in case you are not home when your meat box arrives.
If you haven’t provided delivery instructions, the courier will try to leave your box in a safe location around your property or with a neighbour. Don’t worry our boxes are strong enough to keep out those hungry cats until you get home!
You don’t need to sign for your order.
Can I change the products in my order?
If you have a subscription order, you can pick and choose which cuts you want meaning that each meat box you receive can be entirely different from the last.
Members can make changes to your next meat box by logging in to your account, changes will need to be made before the cut off time.
Unfortunately we are unable to change the products in your first paid order.

As our meat is hand cut we need a few days to prepare this for you, therefore if you wish to amend or pause your next order this must be done before our cut off times stated below:

How do I cancel my membership?
Gourmet Meat Club membership is fully flexible. There are no contracts or strings attached and you’re free to cancel if you change your mind.
First off, have a think about why you wish to cancel. Are your deliveries of meat coming too frequently? No problem, it’s easy to reduce them. You can do this in your account or give us a call and we’ll do this for you.

Can I place an order without subscribing?
You don’t need to be a member to order. When you checkout you can choose the single order option if you would prefer not to subscribe.

Where do you source your meat?
At Gourmet Meat Club we believe that happy, healthy animals help make happy and healthy people. This belief is incorporated into the way we farm and operate.
We understand that customers are increasingly concerned about the traceability and welfare of their food and the journey it has taken from the farm to their plate. In order to guarantee that our food tastes exceptional with every forkful, we ensure that our animals are given the best life possible and our meat is sourced from trusted farming partners fresh from the fields of Britain.
Can the meat be frozen?
To make sure you always have a supply of the finest meat to hand, we deliver this chilled and not frozen. All of our meat can however be frozen on the day of delivery. We recommend freezing unprocessed products for up to six months and processed products for up to two months. This will not affect the product quality.
Please ensure that you always defrost meat thoroughly before cooking.
Is your meat gluten free?
All our meat is gluten free, we have the full ingredients listed on the product pages and on the product labels.
Please note some condiments may not be gluten free, please check the ingredients before purchasing.
