You can’t beat a classic steak, and they don’t come any more classic than the trusty sirloin. Cut from the tender loin, containing a small amount of fat marbling which enhances its flavour, the sirloin is very much the go-to steak; reliably tasty and satisfyingly filling. Whether you like it bleu or cooked to within an inch of its life, the sirloin is quick and easy to cook; perfect for time-short foodies. Our steak comes from grass fed cattle, free to roam the pastures and growing at natural rates, which in turn ensures a healthy, tasty meat.

Cooking Instructions

These steaks can be cooked either by frying pan or on a BBQ. Rare: 2 ½ minutes each side – Medium Rare: 3-3 ½ minutes each side – Medium: 4 minutes each side.
