Chateaubriand is the most decelerated cut of the Fillet and as such is often the most sought after by top chefs and food enthusiast. This 100% grass fed Chateaubriand can be used as a roasting joint or cut into several Chateau steaks, either method will make for excellent eating and work perfectly for dinner parties.

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 450°F. Place steak in a pan frying on a low heat until all sides are golden brown. Transfer the pan to the oven and roast until the meat’s internal temperature reaches 130°F for 20 to 28 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven.
