Our free-range chicken mini fillets are prefect for those mid-week meals and can be stored in the fridge or freezer for when you fancy a chicken dish. If a Tex-Mex evening is up your street, why not use these free-range chicken mini fillets in your fajitas, or if you’d prefer less prep, simply coat the mini fillets with your favourite seasoning, chop up and add to a fresh salad. All our poultry is free range, meaning our chickens are left to roam free in a natural environment until they reach maturity. This means we only supply chicken that is tasty and tastes as it should.

Cooking Instructions

Our chicken mini fillets are extremely versatile and can be cooked using various methods. To Oven Cook: Preheat the oven at 200° and pour a tbsp of olive oil or butter into an oven dish to prevent the chicken from sticking. Place the chicken mini fillets in an oven dish and cook for 15-20 minutes, checking every 5 minutes or so. To Pan-Fry: Heat a tbsp of vegetable oil or butter in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add your chicken mini fillets to the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes on both sides until the meat is no longer pink. If you have a probe thermometer you want the core temperature to be 75°. All ovens and their temperatures vary, please adjust accordingly as the above is a guide only.
