Diced chicken is so easy to cook and can pretty much complement any ingredient from your fridge, freezer or cupboard. The perfect meat for making hot and spicy curries, Asian influenced stir-fries and sizzling fajitas or even a more traditional chicken pie or stew. This lean, white and succulent meat is well suited to being marinated to infuse a variety of different flavours, or enjoyed simply on its own. Our chicken fillets come from free-range chickens, which are free to roam the farm, maturing at natural rates, which in turn ensures a healthy, tasty meat.

Cooking Instructions

To Pan-Fry: Heat a tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the diced chicken to the pan and cook for 6-8 minutes until the meat is turning brown and no longer pink inside. If you have a probe thermometer you want the core temperature to be 75°.
