Everyone loves a good burger and ours come guilt free. We use the finest grass-fed lamb and add the perfect blend of mint and spices to create our irresistible, gluten-free burgers. For many, having a burger is a guilty pleasure to be enjoyed on a ‘treat day’ or at weekend. Not with us. Our lamb burgers are packed with 90% grass-fed meat and the only extras added are mint and spices, ensuring a maximum taste sensation. All of our lamb comes from grass-fed lamb, free to roam the pastures and growing at natural rates, which in turn ensures a healthy, tasty meat. Our burgers are all gluten free; we don’t like anyone missing out – whether you choose to serve with a healthy salad or in a bun with chips is completely down to you.

Cooking Instructions

To Oven Cook: Place on a baking tray and cook in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 25 minutes until the juices are clear and the meat is no longer pink. To Grill or Barbecue: Place on/under a hot grill or barbecue, turn every few minutes to cook evenly. You will need to cook these burgers for a total of 10-12 minutes until the juices are clear and the meat is no longer pink. If you have a probe thermometer you want the core temperature to be 75°, regardless of which cooking method you opt for.
