Our grass-fed lamb cutlets make for a delicious cut perfect for grilling or roasting. The ample layering of fat delivers a rich, tasty finish to the meat, keeping it moist and tender. Skilfully trimmed, making them a perfect centrepiece for a meal with friends or family, our lamb cutlets are best cooked on a high heat to ensure the meat stays juicy and succulent. Serve with a delicious buttery mash, fresh greens and a dollop of mint sauce or rub with herbs and serve with roasted vegetables. All our lamb comes from grass-fed lambs, free to roam the pastures and growing at natural rates, which in turn ensures a healthy, tasty meat.

Cooking Instructions

Set aside the Lamb Cutlets sprinkling them with salt and pepper allowing them to marinade and add flavour. Allow the frying pan heats up, once heated add oil and begin to fry the cutlets for 3-4 minutes per side. Continue to do this until they are cooked to your liking with a golden-brown coating.
