Our lamb kofta skewers offer the perfect middle-eastern taste, created from our finest minced lamb and mixed with a secret blend of fresh herbs and exotic spices. Easy to cook and a perfect addition to any barbecue line up, or simply grilled up and served with rice for a quick midweek treat. Best served with a fresh, green zesty salad covered in a generous helping of mint and yoghurt dressing. Rolled from our finest mince, all of our mince comes from grass-fed lambs, ensuring a healthy, tasty meat, with enough fat to ensure the lamb kofta skewers remain moist and tender while cooking.

Cooking Instructions

Lamb Kofta kebabs can be barbecued, grilled or pan-fried. To Grill or Barbecue: Place on/under a hot grill or barbecue and turn every 2-3 minutes to ensure the kebabs are cooked evenly. Cook for total of 10-12 minutes until the juices are clear and the meat is no longer pink. To Pan-Fry: Pour 1 tbsp of oil into a frying pan then add the kebabs and place over a medium heat. Turn the kebabs every few minutes to ensure they cook evenly. You will need to cook them for 10-12 minutes in total, by this point the juices will be clear and the meat will no longer be pink. If you have a probe thermometer you want the core temperature to be 75°, regardless of which cooking method you opt for.
