Our take on the classic meatball offer the perfect Moroccan taste, created from our finest minced lamb and mixed with a secret blend of fresh herbs and exotic spices. Easy to cook and perfect with any tomato or cream sauce, or simply balls naked… our flavour-packed Moroccan meatballs are great to share with friends at the weekend or quick to prepare for a tasty midweek treat. Rolled from our finest mince, all of our mince comes from grass-fed lambs, ensuring a healthy, tasty meat, with enough fat to ensure the lamb balls remain moist and tender while cooking. What else you choose do with them is completely up to you.

Cooking Instructions

Our insanely tasty meatballs are delicious either on their own or cooked with a sauce. To Pan-Fry: Pour 1 tbsp of oil into a frying pan and heat on a medium high temperature. Once preheated, add the meatballs and turn every 3 minutes until they are browned on all sides. Cook for meatballs for a total of 12-15 minutes until the meat is no longer pink. To Oven Cook: Preheat the oven at 190° and pour 1 tbsp of oil onto a baking tray or oven dish. Spread the meatballs out evenly and place in the oven for 30 minutes making sure to turn them halfway through. With sauce: If you wish you cook your meatballs in a sauce, we recommend pan frying them for 10-15 minutes before placing them in the oven with the sauce. To create an extra tasty dish, we suggest adding diced onion and garlic to the pan when frying and topping with cheese when placing them into the oven. If you have a probe thermometer you want the core temperature to be 75°, regardless of which cooking method you opt for.
