Cooking Instructions

To Oven Cook: Preheat the oven at 200° and pour a tbsp of olive oil or butter into an oven dish to prevent the chicken from sticking. Place the chicken fillets in an oven dish and cook for 30-35 minutes, checking every 10 minutes. To Pan-Fry: Heat a tbsp of vegetable oil or butter in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add your chicken fillets to the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes on both sides until the meat is no longer pink. If you have a probe thermometer you want the core temperature to be 75°. All ovens and their temperatures vary, please adjust accordingly as the above is a guide only.
