Using a high proportion of meat in the burger patty ensures your cooked burgers are juicy, succulent and full of flavour and the use of English Bramley apples really complements the pork taste. Whether you fry, grill, griddle or barbecue your burgers, you can turn them into a gourmet delight by serving on warm, toasted brioche buns with a crisp salad, shredded apple and a touch of balsamic vinegar. And don’t forget the homemade chips or potato wedges!

Cooking Time

To Oven Cook: Place on a baking tray and cook in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 25 minutes until the juices are clear and the meat is no longer pink. To Grill or Barbecue: Place on/under a hot grill or barbecue, turn every few minutes to cook evenly. You will need to cook these burgers for a total of 10-12 minutes until the juices are clear and the meat is no longer pink. If you have a probe thermometer you want the core temperature to be 75°, regardless of which cooking method you opt for.
