Our minced pork is incredibly versatile, whether it’s used to create a ragu for Bolognese, chilli or lasagne, or for meatloaf, meatballs, burgers or the more exotic Szechuan pork. You could also use it to make your own, luxurious Scotch eggs and really impress your friends and family! Whatever you choose to turn your pork mince into, you know that coming from our British breed, free range pigs it will be high quality, moist, packed full of flavour and not gristly.

Cooking Instructions

Pour 1 tbsp of oil or butter into a frying pan and heat on a medium high temperature. Once the pan is hot, add the minced Pork and fry for 5-6 minutes until the meat has turned a golden-brown. It is best to add the mince in small batches and not cover the surface of the pan completely. Adding too much meat will reduce the temperature of the pan and the meat may not brown. If you have a probe thermometer you want the core temperature to be 72 degrees.
