These gluten-free bangers are made from our own traditional recipe and blended with perfectly pastured pork.

Whether it’s bangers and mash, toad in the hole, a warming casserole or a simple sausage sandwich, everyone loves a meal featuring sausages and if you’re looking for a classic taste, there really is no other option than a thick pork sausage! These popular bangers are packed full of flavour with shoulder meat from our free range British breed pigs and boast a delicious meaty texture. A high meat and low fat content makes these sausages a real treat. Traditionally prepared with just the right amount of seasoning from natural herbs and spices, you know there will be clean plates all round with these sausages as the star of the show.

Cooking Instructions

To Oven Cook: Place on a baking tray and cook in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 25 minutes until the juices are clear and the meat is no longer pink. To Grill or Barbecue: Place on/under a hot grill or barbecue and turn every 2-3 minutes to ensure the sausages are cooked evenly. Cook for total of 10-12 minutes until the juices are clear and the meat is no longer pink. To Pan-Fry: Pour 1 tbsp of oil into a frying pan then add the sausages and place over a medium heat. Turn the sausages every few minutes to ensure they cook evenly. You will need to cook the sausages for 10-12 minutes in total, by this point the juices will be clear and the meat will no longer be pink. If you have a probe thermometer you want the core temperature to be 75°, regardless of which cooking method you opt for.
