A bit like good old minced meat, the steak strip is a culinary chameleon. Expertly cut by our team of butchers into thin, even strips, they arrive with you ready to throw into a fried rice dish, marinated in teriyaki sauce or whip up in a stir fry. We supply the meat, all you need to do is add the creativity. Our pork comes from native British pigs, free to roam the pastures and growing at natural rates, which in turn ensures a healthy, tasty meat.

Cooking Instructiosnss

Pork Strips can be used as the basis for a number of dishes but we love to see ours in a stir-fry. We recomend pan frying the pork strips for best results. Begin by marinating the pork strips allowing any dry rubs and/or marinades to sink in. Add oil to the pan bringing the pan to a medium-high heat before adding the strips, this will allow the strips to cook through more evenly. Once heated add the strips cooking them for around 3 minutes either side, ensure the strips are well spread out. If required cook the strips in multiple batches, once they have cooked through and gathered a light golden-brown coat, allow them to sit before serving.
