Super tender and full of flavour this burger will certainly prove centre of attention on any barbeque. The Burger has been crafted using 100% grass fed rump steak combined with our own special burger seasoning. Once minced we have hand pressed two 3oz pattys together placing a puck of marrow bone butter in the centre. A recipe of our own making this lean burger is rich in flavour and packed full of juices, be sure to check the burger has cooked through and that the puck has melted in the middle before serving.

Cooking Instructions

To Oven Cook: Place on a baking tray and cook in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 25 minutes until the juices are clear and the meat is no longer pink. To Grill or Barbecue: Place on/under a hot grill or barbecue, turn every few minutes to cook evenly. You will need to cook these burgers for a total of 10-12 minutes until the juices are clear and the meat is no longer pink. If you have a probe thermometer you want the core temperature to be 75°, regardless of which cooking method you opt for. Please be sure to pierce the burgers in the middle and allow to stand before serving.
