Unleash your culinary flair with our tender, sizzling steak strips. Perfect for fajitas and stroganoff; in fact the recipes are endless. A bit like good old minced meat, the steak strip is a culinary chameleon. Expertly cut by our team of butchers into thin, even strips, they arrive with you ready to throw into a fried rice dish, marinated in teriyaki sauce or whip up in a stir fry. We supply the meat, all you need to do is add the creativity. Our steaks come from grass fed cattle, free to roam the pastures and growing at natural rates, which in turn ensures a healthy, tasty meat.

Cooking Instructions

Our Dry-aged Steak Strips are wonderfully tender and make extremely tasty fajitas. To Pan-Fry: Pour 1 tbsp of oil into a frying pan and place over a high heat. Add the steak strips and cook for 5-6 minutes and turn often to ensure the strips are evenly cooked. If you prefer your steak well done then make sure you cook the strips for longer. If cooking fajitas, season the strips before cooking with your preferred seasonings. We recommend using salt, pepper, cayenne, garlic powder and paprika. If you have a meat thermometer then cook to 45 – 55°C for rare, 58 – 65°C for medium or 70 – 75°C for well done.
