Taken from the loin, our pork baby back ribs are marinated in a smoky rub and ooze with flavourful juices.

Our pork baby back ribs are a versatile cut, perfect for slow cooks, as well as popping under the grill or on the barbecue. Cut from the top of the rib cage between the spine and the spare ribs, baby back ribs are left on the bone for maximum taste. Marinated in our smoky rub makes our pork baby back ribs perfect for a juicy starter to share with friends or as a main served with corn on the cob, homemade coleslaw and a jacket potato with a big dollop of butter. All our pork comes from native British pigs, free to roam the pastures and growing at natural rates, which in turn ensures a healthy, tasty meat.

Cooking Instructions

Remove the packaging and place the ribs in a roasting dish and cover with a lid or tin foil. Then cook the ribs in the oven for 2-2 ½ hours at 130°. Remove the lid or foil and carefully drain any liquid from the dish. Turn the oven up to 150° and cook for a further 45-60 minutes, the meat should be loose and tender but not falling off the bone. Serve and enjoy.
