Turkey bacon is a fantastic low-fat alternative to traditional bacon and can be enjoyed and utilised in exactly the same way. Our turkey bacon is lean, so for any fitness foodies it is perfect for substituting traditional bacon in your breakfasts or other meals. Add these tasty turkey bacon rashers to your grilled English breakfast, bagel or BLT, you won’t be disappointed. These lean turkey rashers are also a great source of protein and can give your meals an extra injection of flavour. Chop them up and add them to salads, risotto or pasta dishes. These rashers of turkey bacon are so versatile they’re a must have in any fridge or freezer.

Cooking Instructions

Our Turkey Bacon can be pan-fried, grilled or oven cooked. If you love your bacon crisped to perfection, we recommend opting for the oven cooked method. To Oven Cook: Line a baking tray with either tin foil or parchment paper and place the bacon in a preheated oven at 200°. Cook the bacon for roughly 15 minutes or until cooked to your taste. To Pan Fry: Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan until hot (you can also dry-fry if you want a healthier option), add the bacon and cook for 3–4 minutes on each side. If you prefer your bacon crispy, feel free to cook for longer. To Grill: Firstly, preheat the grill to a high temperature and place the bacon on the grill pan and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side. Grilling is a much healthier method of cooking than frying and if you prefer crispy bacon you will get a better result. Once the bacon is cooked, remove from the pan and dab down with some kitchen paper to remove the excess fat.
