A tasty alternative to chicken strips, these lean turkey strips are ideal for any midweek or weekend meal. The turkey strips are cut from the turkey breast meat which some people prefer over the darker leg meat. They can be used in a whole host of dishes from healthy stir fries and salads, or if you have a passion for Asian dishes, these succulent turkey strips can be chopped up and added to your favourite curry. If youโ€™re a lover of meat and like to snack on it or eat it on its own, why not give these lean turkey strips a bit of va va voom by marinating them in soy, ginger and chilli before cooking? Or simply season with whichever herbs and seasonings tickle your taste buds.

Cooking Instructions

Our tasty turkey strips can be cooked using the same methods as you would to cook chicken. For best results, we recommend pan-frying the strips To Pan-Fry: Heat a tbsp of vegetable oil or butter in a frying pan over a medium heat. Once the pan is hot, add your turkey strips to the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes until the meat is no longer pink. Stir occasionally to avoid uneven cooking. If you have a probe thermometer you want the core temperature to be 75ยฐ. All ovens and their temperatures vary, please adjust accordingly as the above is a guide only.
